SAFE SPACE: PERSONAL BOUNDARIES

ONE OF THE WAYS WE CREATE A SAFE SPACE FOR YOU IS BY RESPECTING PERSONAL BOUNDARIES USING THE "DOUBLE TAP" METHOD...


You only need to DOUBLE TAP with your hand either on our body or on the table to establish where a personal boundary lies.


No need to find the right words, or to speak... we want you to stay in the moment with us... a quick double tap lets us know we've found a boundary, and we will move on and keep working your body in other areas :-)


You are always welcome to change you mind! Sometimes you may try things once and decide you don't want to repeat them. Sometimes you aren't yet comfortable to try them but that can change as you settle into a session.


WE UNDERSTAND!


If you try it first time and don't want to go there again, a quick double tap when we return that second time will let us know.


If you don't try it the first time, but want to give it a go later in your session, then just reach out and guide our hands, or show us with your body, where you'd like us to go.
